Cross-Platform support

InfoTrove is based on a web server model, where the main application runs on a central compute server. Users access the application via their standard web browser, so there is no client or user side software to install.

The client or user machine can be anything capable of running a web browser - including Windows 3.11, 95, 98, NT, 2000, XP, Apple Macintosh, Unix, or Linux .

The InfoTrove server is supported on a number of platforms, including:

	Sun Solaris 7 or later
	Redhat Linux 6.2 or later
	Microsoft Windows NT 4.00 or later
	Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional
	Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP1 or later
	Microsoft Windows 2003 Server
